Become a better negotiator by learning how to “Consider Alternate Perspectives” in your preparation and execution of your negotiating plan.  CAP is simply a method of shifting your own perspective so you can anticipate, appreciate, and integrate the concerns of all the stakeholders in a negotiation dynamic.  What does the other side want?  What are their concerns, their fears, their goals? Why do they feel that way?  In this session, we will introduce you to the CAP methodology and teach you how to think laterally rather than linearly to reach your own goals in any negotiation.
